Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
At International Group Consultations Academy (IGCA), we are committed to providing high-quality training services. By completing any payment through our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Course Registration & Payment
All payments are processed electronically through the official website using Visa and Mastercard only.
Course registration is considered final and confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
All prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and/or US Dollar (USD) and include applicable sales tax, unless stated otherwise.
3. Refund Policy for Training Courses
No refunds will be issued after successful registration and payment for any online or in-person training course, regardless of attendance or participation.
Failure to attend, partial attendance, or withdrawal from a course does not entitle the participant to a refund.
This policy applies equally to online and in-person courses, with no differentiation between delivery methods.
4. Course Cancellation or Postponement by the Academy
The Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond its control.

Transfer their payment to a rescheduled date, or
